Dr. Irizarry has experience in CPM Scheduling development, updating maintenance, and analysis, recovery schedule development, schedule delay analysis, productivity analysis, conceptual cost estimating, , change order management, budgeting and cash flow projection, payment application management, and safety compliance evaluation. His experiences span public infrastructure and private development projects totaling over $400 million.  Project types include schools, water treatment plants, athletic facilities, condominiums, parking garages, waterways improvements, airport facilities site development, roads, bridges, and passenger rail systems.

Licensed architect with over 25 years experience in the design profession, including ten years as Vice President in the Tampa, Florida office of Helmut, Obata & Kassabaum.

Mr. Ford is skilled in project management and scheduling, claims review, cost analysis, risk management and document control.  His experience includes projects of varying scale and complexity with responsibilities ranging from document preparation to full on site construction administration. 

Project design and construction administration experience includes office buildings, educational facilities, detention facilities, retail, hotels, large custom homes, and government buildings with construction costs up to $60 million individually.  Projects are located in various parts of the United States. 

Extensive experience with post occupancy work, including forensic analysis, warranty review and code compliance studies.
