Jewel Ridge is a luxury townhouse complex located in Lakewood, Colorado. The project features two and three-bedroom units in 4-plex configurations with individual attached garages. The overall presentation is one of large individual homes in a community-type setting. The project consists of approximately 154,000 square feet under roof. The total sales of all units amounted to $7,700,000.
Jewel Ridge was constructed under a fast-tracked, phased construction program. Because of the 4-plex concept, it was possible to lay out the construction sequence in a manner that allowed small groups of units to be turned over as they were completed. The project site development program was developed with this concept in mind, to allow tenant access to completed units while construction continued in other areas. Construction progressed at a rapid pace throughout extreme winter periods.
