CPM organizes the presentation of its work products in ways that communicate findings in the most accurate, complete, and simplified manner. Detailed work products, such as complex schedule analyses, may be prepared in large-scale plots, but are also organized in bound form. Such work products customarily include expert reports, narratives, developmental analyses, exhibits, contract analyses, and all other documentation needed to support findings and conclusions. We work closely with legal counsel to confirm the overall concept and develop the most simplified, yet compelling presentation.

The total presentation that will be most effective will be determined by the circumstances of the particular issue. Often, the most compelling presentation is a combination of media. Such a total presentation may, for example, include:

  •
  • Expert reports, detailed analysis, full-color analysis exhibits, and documentary evidence bound in volumes as the foundation for other presentation components.
  •
  • Presentation boards of schedules, cost analyses, jobsite conditions or other issues that create a large physical presence of the detailed data, and in a form that can stand in a conference room or hearing as important "reminders" as a case moves on through testimony.
  •
  • Animated PowerPointTM or other projection graphics that focus attention and present issues and conclusions in logical progression.
  •
  • Two dimensional and three dimensional illustrations that can demonstrate changed conditions, altered sequences of work, impossibility of performance, errors and omissions, and many other claim and change considerations.
  •
  • Video animations that add power to static presentations.
