Responsible for design and design management services ranging from document preparation to full on-site construction administration on projects of varying scale and complexity.

Skilled in the areas of project management, document control, risk management, CPM scheduling, construction contract management, defective construction analysis, construction claims, schedule delay/impact/acceleration analysis, job cost analysis, claim issue identification, claim documentation, cost analysis, and preparation of demonstrative evidence. Expert witness in matters relating to architectural performance.

Project design and construction administration experience includes office buildings, educational facilities, detention facilities, retail, hotels, large custom homes, and government buildings with construction costs up to $60 million individually. Projects are located in various parts of the United States.

Extensive experience with post occupancy work, including forensic analysis, warranty review and code compliance studies. Clients include the General Services Administration of the United States government, as well as many private sector owners.
